Patanjali Neem-Aloe Vera Face Pack

So I actually went to the Patanjali store to buy honey and I spotted this tube and thought… Ok, I don’t know what I thought but I still picked it up.

I have never been a fan of their beauty range, it feels gimmicky to me. For a brand claiming to be herbal and talking about harmful ingredients other brands use, have quite a few chemicals in their own products.

Patanjali Neem-Aloe Vera Facepack

Ingredients: Aqua, pack base, Methyl Paraben, Propyl Paraben, Sugandhit dravya-QS

Not a lot of information about ingredients and has parabens.

Price: ₹60 for 60g

Claims: Clear clogged pores, cool, soothes and softens skin.

Packaging & Texture: It comes in a white tube with a flip cap. The product feels creamy and is white in colour with a slight green tint.

Patanjali Neem-Aloe Vera Facepack Texture & Consistency

How to use (as written on the tube): Apply on wet face, massage gently, let it dry for 10-15 minutes and wash with water.

How I do it: I apply a thin layer on cleansed and dry face. Keep it for 10 minutes after which it dries completely. Then I use a small amount of water and massage for a few minutes, works as a great exfoliator and removes the dead skin cells. Wash it off. Apply face mist followed by a light moisturizer.

  • The smell is refreshing and familiar. A hint of cucumber and menthol but I am still missing something.

  • Gives a mild cooling sensation

  • My face looked squeaky clean and even toned.

  • Sucked out the impurities and gave a healthy glow. Really good for congested skin.

  • Skin felt really soft and the rough texture was gone.

  • It didn’t feel dry or stretchy at all after washing it off.

  • It’s amazing for people with normal, combination and oily skin.

  • I am not a reliable source to tell how it’d work on people with dry skin because I don’t have it.

  • I don’t know about removing the acne claim as I think it’s more of a continuous process which depends largely on your eating habits, sleep schedule, hormones and how you take care of your skin.

  • It’s surprisingly a good and affordable face pack and I think you should definitely give it a try!

I never buy face packs, I use my DIY packs and they give me the results I want. So this was my first and I am quite happy with the results.

The product does what it claims, nothing less and nothing more.
